Alaz Han Canbolat

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Expert Intercultural Psychologist Learning Ecosystem Designer

Alaz Han Canbolat completed a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with honors at Çağ University and earned a master’s degree, also with honors, in Clinical, Social and Intercultural Psychology at the University of Padua.

Alaz began a career in 2014 as a trainer on European Union projects and has worked on learning ecosystem design, diversity and inclusion, leadership development and employee experience. Alaz has served as an Organizational Psychologist and Learning & Development Consultant at organizations such as Champions Factory, TikTok and the United Nations WFP. Alaz has developed projects with more than 300 organizations in over 60 countries and received awards from institutions such as TEGEP, Fast Company and Çağ University. Through more than 150 Train the Trainer programs, Alaz has helped international organizations develop many trainers. Alaz delivers training to organizations in the light of scientific work in the field of diversity and inclusion.

In this work, a psychology-based approach meets experiential learning and the everyday practices of organizations.
